Radhey Govind Mathur ji is a retired SBI bank manager who served the bank for the full length of services and retired in 2015. Apart from his professional career, he is an accomplished karate player with several achievements to his name. He won an international gold medal at the Indo Shri Lanka Karate Championship.
Radhey Govind Mathur ji has achieved a fivedegree black belt GO DAN from the All India Karate Do Federation recognized by the Government of India Department of Youth Affairs and Sports in the year 2009. He passed the referee/judge course as Referee (A) grade from the All India Karate Do Federation recognized by the Government of India and Indian Olympic Association in June 2010.
In 1996, he participated in the special training camp for Grade Shodan degree at Bombay under Shihan Morio Higaonna, chief instructor world of International karate Do federation.
He passed the referee/judge course and has been adjudged to be a judge for the 16th All India Karate do federation National Championship certified by AIKF reg by GOI by Pervez B Mistry chief referee.
Radhey Govind Mathur ji completed the FUKUSHIN course in all India Karate Championship held at Ajmer in October, 2000. He was awarded as technical officials in Karate Do in the 33rd Nationalgames Guwahati in 2007. He has been a karate coach in Seedlings Group of Academy (Seedling Public School & Seedling Modern High School) for thirty (30) years. He has provided karate training in different institutions/schools and conducted short courses on self-defense and awareness in different NGOs, ICFAI, etc.

Shree Naresh Dutt Mathur is a highly accomplished academician and professor with an extensive background in economics, commerce, and management. He is currently serving as the Dean of Jaipur School of Economics and School of Humanities and Social Sciences at JECRC University, Jaipur since October 2021. Prior to joining JECRC University, he worked as a Professor of Economics and Director of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Manipal University, Jaipur from October 2016 to October 2021.
Professor Mathur's academic career has spanned over 45 years, during which he has held various leadership positions in universities across India. One such notable position was his role as a Senior Professor in the Department of Economic Administration and Financial Management at the University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, including Director (Administrative services of the University Five Year Law College and Director of the Administrative Services Pre-Training Center (APTC) at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
He is a member of the UGC Committee on SAP in Commerce and Management and has been involved in various UGC Committees, including the one deciding 2(f) status of universities and the one for the North East Scholarship viz ISHAN UDAI.
Naresh Dutt Mathur ji has also worked as Dean, Faculty of Management at SMVD University, Jammu and Kashmir, and Central University of Rajasthan, Kishangarh. And He was member Rajasthan University Syndicate and Senate. He is former Director UGC Academic Staff College and University Central Library, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
He has a wide-ranging expertise in the fields of economics, commerce, management, academic training, administrative training, and coaching. He is a rare academician who has enjoyed full-fledged professorship in the disciplines of Economics, Commerce, and Management. He is also a senior assessor in the National Assessment and Accreditation Council.
As an academic trainer, he imparts soft skills training to trainers and is a regular visitor to various UGC HRD Centers in the country.
Professor Mathur is a prolific author and has authored around 7 textbooks and 20 reference books/edited books in the field of Commerce/Management/training. He has published around 70 research papers to his credit in reputed research journals, including SCOPUS indexed journals. Thirty-six students have been awarded Ph.D. and post-doctoral degrees under his supervision. He has delivered around 3000 special lectures as a keynote speaker, chairperson, resource person, and guest of honour in the last two decades.
His teaching style is well-known for his oratory skills and humorous participative teaching. He is loved by his students for his engaging teaching style.
Professor Mathur has been conferred with numerous awards and honors for his outstanding contributions to academia, including the National Excellence Award (March 2021) by the National Human Rights Organization, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam National Award in 2021, Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrashan Award on Teacher’s Day in 2021, and Award for excellence in Education on Teacher’s Day of 2022 by Simply Jaipur organization. He is also a Board Member and Academic Consultant (Projects) in WAMULA INTERNATIONAL, Bulimbo, Kenya, which is a reputed research-based NGO of Kenya.

Nikita Sharma is an experienced consultant and social worker who has been working towards the empowerment of women and children for several years. She is currently serving as the Secretary of Nalini Foundation since September 2022.
In her role at Nalini Foundation, Nikita Sharma conducts awareness sessions on various topics including RTI/STI, tuberculosis, menstrual hygiene, and women empowerment. She plays a crucial role in spreading awareness and educating underprivileged women and children about their rights and health.
Prior to this, she worked as an consultant at Udhyogini NGO from January 2022 to July 2022, where she conducted awareness sessions on women empowerment and health. She also served as an Educationist at Aadhar YFS NGO from June 2017 to August 2020, where she focused on raising awareness on women empowerment and health.
Nikita Sharma has been associated with various projects and initiatives that aim to bring about positive change in society. She played an instrumental role as a female consultant in the Udhyogini project in Karuli and the Youth Friendly Services project in Jaipur.
She also served as a female consultant regularly in the Dattopant Thegdi Kendriya Shiksha Board (GOI), Gram Chetna NGO, and the National Urban Health Mission in 2018-2019 for the SHG group of females.
With her extensive experience and expertise in the field, Nikita Sharma has made significant contributions to the community. Sunil Byotra retired from UCO Bank in the year 2017 and joined Lions Club in 2018. He has been the Secretary of Lions Club for two consecutive years in 2019-20 and 20-21 and was honored as the Best Secretary. In 2021-22, he worked as the President of Lions Club and was honored as the Best President.
In the years 2020-21 and 2021-22, he was honored with multiple awards for his exceptional work in various fields. In 2022-23, he is currently serving as the Zone Chairperson at Lions International and is actively involved in social work
He has also been appointed as the Secretary of the Bharat Vikas Parishad for the year 2023-24.
